Oculus is a audio reactive visualization of foundsound waves.

The visuals are generated by a soundscore composed of multiple echolocation recordings ranging from sonification of detected gravitational fields in the universe, echolocation by Cetaceans, ultrasound, and heartbeat inside the human womb. The work is an investigation into the process of obtaining information beyond the limitation of the human sense of perception particularly spaces vastly occupied by water and air. It is a simulation and imitation of the human attempt to obtain truth through reflection and audio visualization, a translation of vibration and communication in the vast ecosystem.
